- Eurobank Cyprus will never request that you provide your personal information or credentials such as password and certificate number. Please only enter those through our secure website www.eurobank.com.cy
- Always type the URL address of the bank www.eurobank.com.cy and do not use a link or favorites
- After login, always check that you see the SSL symbol
in left bottom corner of the browser to indicate the authenticity of the e-banking site - Please report any fraudulent activity or suspicious incident either by:

1) How can I log in to e-banking?
From the bank’s official e-banking electronic address:
www.eurobank.com.cy
You need to enter your User Id and Login password.
2) Do I need my certificate code?
The certificate code is used for transactions only. In order to perform and confirm your transactions you need to register your digital certificate.
3) Can I cancel this certificate?
Yes, certificate can be revoked from Customer Tools / Manage certificates / Delete, after you have logged into the e-banking platform.
Then you should remove this deleted certificate from your browser via the option Tools, Internet Options, Content, Certificate, select the certificate and then the "remove" button.
4) I cannot log in.
It is important to inform us of the error message /codes. In order to login, your access must be activated and you must enter a valid password. The password contains both letters and numbers (alphanumeric). Letters are small english characters. Numbers are distinguished from letters with the use of the symbol ^.
5) Do you support all browsers and operating systems?
We support all operating systems for both inquiries and transactions. We support all browsers for inquiries, yet for transactions we support Internet Explorer and Firefox.
